As a starting point, we will provide public training and
will keep giving added values to support our objectives.
The training topics are classified into each elements of PDSA (Plan Do Study Adjust) cycle as follow:
Plan
Identify the problem to be examined and to brainstorm potential causes for the problem then formulate a hypothesis & problem statement.
Do
Establish experimental success criteria and then design experiment to test hypothesis. Implement the experiment/ solution on a trial or pilot basis.
Study
Measure how effective the pilot solution has been, and gather together any learnings from it that could make it even better.
Adjust
Take action based on what you learned in the study step and use it to plan new improvements, beginning the cycle again.
