Description
A meeting facilitator must have the knowledge and skills to orchestrate the group dynamics, so that each member contributes value to the group discussion.
The basic skills of a meeting facilitator comprise of type of meetings, time-keeping, staying on course of the agreed-upon agenda, and recording accurately the meeting outcome. The more advanced skills involve building up the group dynamics through active listening skills, keeping the dynamic conversation alive, engaging people, and balancing participation.
