We have been trained since school days to make plans. However, during execution, it often comes out differently. Execution Gap is when there is a gap between execution and stated plan.
What are the things that occupy our focus & energy in work?
How not to drown in our routines, but handle our daily ‘busy’-ness in line with the plan?
